In accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, the sixth International Military-Technical Forum ARMY-2020 is being held in the Patriot Park from August 23 to 29, 2020, bringing together not only weapons specialists, but also all those interested in high-tech developments in the domestic defense industry.

At the VIP entrance group leading to the Patriot Expo Congress and Exhibition Center, BITUSKAN installed an advanced development of its own production – a three-section model of the Universal Disinfection Corridor B2secure AntiVirus Box.

During the forum, the booth will ensure sanitary safety – automatically carry out complete disinfection of clothes, shoes, skin of visitors and block the passage if an elevated temperature is detected.

As the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu emphasized: “Large-scale exhibition, demonstration and scientific-business programs, spectacular events of cultural and historical focus are planned. About 1.5 thousand organizations and industrial enterprises will present more than 28 thousand exhibits. Almost 700 units of modern weapons and military equipment will take part in static and dynamic displays,” the Minister of Defense said.

In addition, over 180 scientific and business events are planned on current issues of security, development of production and scientific and technical potential of the country’s defense-industrial complex. Bilateral meetings and negotiations with heads of delegations of foreign states will be held on the sidelines of the forum.

“We expect representatives from 92 countries. 18 delegations will be headed by ministers and deputy ministers of defense,” the head of the military department said.

A large-scale demonstration of the achievements of the military-industrial complex contributes to the technical re-equipment of the Armed Forces, strengthening Russia’s position in the international arms market, and strengthening the image of the country’s Army.
