On February 9-10, 2021, the Crocus Expo IEC, Moscow, hosted a key industry event in Russia and the CIS countries – the annual VIII National Exhibition of Civil Aviation Infrastructure NAIS 2021, presenting development vectors and the latest technologies for airports, airlines and other aviation enterprises.

Traditionally, NAIS was held with the support and participation of the Ministry of Transport of Russia and the Federal Air Transport Agency, and was timed to coincide with Civil Aviation Day.

One of the key vectors of the industry until 2025 is the development of regional air harbors. According to statements by officials of the Russian Ministry of Transport, at least 65 regional airports will be reconstructed or rebuilt by 2025.

OOO “BITUSKAN” at stand D610 of its official distributor – the company “Trading House AIRFLOT TECHNICS” – presented its own solutions and technologies in the fight against new threats to public safety.

Thus, among the new products in the field of technical security equipment, visitors to the stand were able to see B2secure AntiVirus Box is an innovative disinfection solution to prevent the spread of viral infections during a pandemic, as well as an arched metal detector with an integrated thermometry system B2scan SD1000-TM with a temperature measurement accuracy of ±0.3 °C, a measurement speed of less than 1 second and a measurement distance of 1-20 cm. The official tour of the exhibition was attended by: Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vitaly Savelyev, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Igor Chalik, Head of the Federal Air Transport Agency Alexander Neradko and others.

The exhibition was covered by such federal media as Channel One, Russia 24, NTV, Zvezda, Kommersant, Vedomosti, Izvestia, TASS and others.

As part of the business program at the VIII industry conference “Topical Issues of Transport (Aviation) Security”, Anton Pelagein, Sales Director of BITUSKAN LLC, made a presentation on the topic “New Threats to Public Safety at Transport Infrastructure Facilities”.
