19 April 2024
From April 16 to 18, 2024, the Crocus Expo IEC hosted 29th International Exhibition of Technical Security Equipment and Equipment for Security and Fire Protection Securika Moscow 2024. The BITUSCAN brand presented new solutions developed in collaboration with the famous Chinese manufacturer Huaton Technology Co.
At their exposition, the B2SCAN and Huaton companies presented new products of joint activity – intelligent arched metal detectors B2scan WMD100, B2scan WMD200, B2scan WMD300, as well as the intelligent weapon detection system B2scan WMD500.
The intelligent arched metal detector B2Scan WMD100 is a revolutionary system for detecting dangerous metal objects and operates on the basis of the “Intelligent Classification of Metals” technology. Due to which the metal detector, with appropriate sensitivity settings, can display detected personal items without an alarm signal, while detecting and classifying prohibited metal objects, and only giving an alarm signal to them.
The intelligent archway high-precision metal detector B2Scan WMD200, in addition to the advanced technology for detecting metal objects, is equipped with an LCD display with a touch panel for quick setup. The metal detector has a built-in HD camera that supports photo and video recording of a person passing by in real time. The inspection equipment also provides for the collection and storage of alarm data, the operation of artificial intelligence algorithms and communication with the cloud storage system.
The intelligent archway high-precision metal detector for detecting mobile devices B2Scan WMD300 has the same characteristics as the other exhibits. At the same time, the equipment automatically identifies and classifies objects into different groups. The notification of prohibited items contains information about the material and shape of the metal object, is displayed on the display and sent to the cloud control system.
The B2Scan WMD500 intelligent weapon detection system consists of a patented metal object detection and classification system, a video camera, a built-in peripheral computing unit with artificial intelligence technologies, a tablet with a monitor and a cloud control platform. The inspection speed is 1 – 2 people per second. The display located on the side panel shows the message “Clear” if no threat is detected, or the message “Object Detected” (a suspicious object is detected), as well as its location.
Securika Moscow 2024 demonstrated significant growth this year. Visitors to the exhibition noted the dynamics of technology development, the saturation of the market with offers of both flagship products and new equipment and technologies. Participants commented on the business activity of the market, drew attention to the increased regional composition of visitors and noted the consistency of specialists at the leading specialized exhibition on security in Russia.
In 2024, 316 companies from 8 countries presented their technical solutions at the Securika Moscow exhibition. In total, the exhibition was visited by 20,379 (19,550 in 2023) specialists from 81 (79 in 2023) regions of Russia and 22 countries, including 6,600 cross-visitors of the ExpoElectronica exhibition. The exhibition was visited by representatives of all countries that are members of the EAEU: visitors from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan. For many participants, this became an important advantage, which allowed them to meet with clients, dealers and partners from all over Russia in a short time.
