B2scan took part in the XI business forum “Business Climate in Russia”, which was held on December 5-6 in Ulyanovsk at the Hilton Garden Inn Ulyanovsk.
The forum program combined several areas important for the development of entrepreneurship: regulation, acceleration, cooperation, popularization, business education, export, finance for business, technological and industrial development. Important topics of discussion were business climate standards and citizen involvement in entrepreneurial activity.
As part of this event, BITUSKAN LLC held a meeting with the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region Sergey Morozov and received support for the start of production of B2scan products in the field of public safety in the territory of the Port Special Economic Zone “Ulyanovsk” (JSC “POEZ “Ulyanovsk”) of the Ulyanovsk Region.

“The forum traditionally serves as a platform for summing up the results of the outgoing year and developing solutions for the future, it is a single territory for dialogue between the business community and the government to improve business conditions. That is why the program is divided into several thematic blocks that reflect the main components of a comfortable business climate,” explained Ruslan Gainetdinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Ulyanovsk Region.
Let us recall that the Forum “Business Climate in Russia” has been held in the region on the initiative of the head of the region Sergei Morozov since 2009. Every year, more than 2,000 entrepreneurs, representatives of federal and regional government structures, delegations from more than 15 regions of the country and other countries take part in it.
