B2scan CTX10060 is a multifunctional high-speed tomograph for baggage and hand luggage inspection. The operation is based on the use of computed tomography (CT) technology. In combination with digital data processing algorithms of a dual-energy system (DR), we obtain high-quality color images of baggage in two projections, as well as high-resolution three-dimensional images. The equipment uses the principle of spiral-conical DR image (view from below) DR image (side view) CT image in section mode 3D image. B2scan CTX10060 has a high scanning speed of up to 0.5 m/s and can be used as a standalone device or as a device integrated into a baggage handling system (BHS).

Automatic Detection of Explosive / Narcotic Substances
The software uses dual-energy computed tomography technology to obtain information about the physical and optical density, as well as the effective atomic number of materials. This technology enables automatic detection of explosive substances (black powder, TNT, synthetic C-4, hexogen, octogen, nitroguanidine, emulsion explosives, dynamite, chlorate, potassium perchlorate, nitrocellulose-based explosives, smokeless powder, nitrobenzene, PLX (binary explosive: 95% nitromethane and 5% ethylenediamine), nitroglycerin, ethylene glycol dinitrate, nitromethane, etc.) and narcotic substances (heroin, cocaine, ketamine, crystal methamphetamine, cannabis resin, etc.), as well as determining their exact location within the inspected baggage.
• Automatic detection of prohibited items. By combining DR and CT images and using B2secure AI neural network learning technology, the system automatically detects prohibited items such as knives and firearms (optional).
• High-resolution color 3D images and cross-sectional CT images. High-definition 3D color images can be rotated at any angle and are color-coded based on material properties. Simultaneously, it is possible to view 2D color CT slice images.
• Independent dual-energy DR detection system with dual viewing angles.
• Capability to detect radioactive and chemical substances (optional).
• High throughput. Conveyor belt speed can reach up to 0.5 m/s, with a throughput of up to 1,800 baggage units per hour.
• Network functionality. The equipment can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into information collection and processing systems, supporting remote control and diagnostics, and can also be integrated into baggage handling systems (BHS).
