B2secure AI neural network

B2secure AI is an intelligent software function designed to automatically detect and alert on a wide range of dangerous and prohibited items in X-ray images. The system uses modern artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze data, which allows to significantly increase security at inspection sites, reducing the workload of the operator and minimizing the human factor.

The solution works automatically, highlighting the found items with a color mark with explanatory information and can be integrated into both new and already operated X-ray television installations of the B2scan line.

Multi-Parameter Analysis: Unlike simple template matching, the neural network performs a comprehensive analysis based on three key parameters:
- Atomic Number (Zeff): Determines the material’s chemical composition, enabling differentiation between organic materials and metals.
- Optical Density Coefficient (Gray): Analyzes the object’s density and internal structure.
- Shape Recognition: Identifies contours and geometry of objects, even if partially obscured or positioned at an angle.
Flexible Integration System: The feature can be installed on new X-ray systems, as well as retrofitted into existing models from the B2scan lineup, without the need to replace core hardware.
Adaptive Algorithms: The neural network’s ability to learn and improve detection accuracy over time.
