The innovative development of the B2scan company – an arched metal detector with an integrated radiation monitoring system B2scan SD1000-RC-09 – will be presented for the first time at VII National Exhibition of Civil Aviation Infrastructure NAIS 2020 at the stand of the official distributor of B2scan – the company Trading House AIRFLOT TECHNICS.

The product is designed for the accurate detection of metallic, radioactive and fissile objects and materials on the human body and clothing. It uses a radiation monitoring module based on a scintillation detector, which allows recording gamma radiation. The operation of the radiation monitoring module is based on continuous recording of the gamma radiation level in the surrounding space, determining the average value of the background radiation level, and generating an alarm signal if the current radiation level exceeds the background level above the specified threshold values. All gamma radiation level monitoring operations are performed automatically.

The integrated station for interaction with the SST MK ensures data transfer over a local network using TCP/IP protocols and information exchange with the system for collecting technical monitoring and control results using a unified data transfer protocol and a metadata format developed on the basis of XML.

B2scan invites you to a demonstration of the radiation monitoring system at booth No. D600 AIRFLOT TECHNICS Trading House at the NAIS exhibition on February 5-6, 2020 in Crocus Expo, Moscow.
