Primorsky Krai Governor Oleg Kozhemyako assessed the capabilities of the universal disinfection corridor B2secure.

Vladivostok International Airport is the first among the airports of the Far East to install a universal disinfection corridor. The equipment will strengthen security measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

So far, the only one in the Far East and the second in the country. The new equipment at the Vladivostok airport attracts the attention of passengers. This disinfection corridor disinfects clothes, shoes, skin, as well as baggage and carry-on baggage. The device operates on the basis of dry steam.

Alexey Pelagein, head of the project for technical issues: “This steam does not harm things, women’s hairstyles at all, and the treatment is complete.”

Primorsky Krai Governor Oleg Kozhemyako assessed the capabilities of the equipment: “For airports where there are large crowds of people, this is of great importance, so I am, frankly speaking, grateful to the airport management that they purchased such a unit. This is very important, especially now during the period of increased flu incidence.”

Andrey Vinichenko, General Director of JSC Vladivostok International Airport: “We decided to purchase such corridors, now we have purchased two, we installed one for our employees, one for passengers, and we plan to purchase and equip such cabins even for arrivals.”
